What are the odds that TWO regular podcast guests named Amber would BOTH travel to Japan this year? Pretty good I guess, as DestinyAmber returns with HER tales. She did some shopping, went to multiple stage shows, and actually had a cameo in a *secret* thing! More on that later. Oh, and Dan went to a convention. 😛

Build 8 all but confirms our theories about Stalk, while launching a whole new set of theories about Sento. And we finally get some quality Misora time in Build 9. SUCH a cute friend date!

Then in Listener Feedback, we learn which Kamen Rider actors you guys would most like to run into at a convention. Can I just meet Chase’s cats?!

It’s the triumphant return of Faiz (the show AND the lady)! They dropped a new ‘Heisei Generations Final’ trailer on us right before recording, which gives us excellent excuse to have a chat about some returning gents, as well as those recent Build scans, and any other recent news.

We have a couple excellent listener emails which we’ve scattered throughout the show, as they pertain to the two series we’re talking about this week. In Build 7, they reveal one adversary’s identity, leaving us to further speculate about the other. And in 555 13, we finally comes face to face with the one true Kaixa. Sadly, Dan & Faiz must bid farewell to Ex-Aid… for now. But before that, they also mark the passing of the Korean “tokusatsu” series, Legend Hero, as well as 1974’s Kamen Rider Amazon, which Dan has been watching.

It’s a packed Spoiler Train this week, as have some updates on that Ex-Aid follow-up trilogy coming next year, PLUS someone’s hacked the Build Driver, and we know dozens more best matches. They’re VERY entertaining.

Fresh back from her recent trip to Japan, Amber (TokuSwag) is here to regale us with tales of her travels! Unfortunately, she caught a cold upon returning home, Dan’s allergies inexplicably got worse and worse throughout the podcast, and Amber’s landlord thought it was the PERFECT time to rebuild the apartment downstairs, so PLEASE bear with us. 😛

We talk about *possible* future Ex-Aid stories (this news was just being hinted at and had not fully broken at the time of recording), as well as Amber’s anticipation for Kamen Rider Build.

Ex-Aid 43 brings us RIGHT to the edge of the finale, and offers up some heart-wrenching Taiga drama, but also fosters conversation about what could/should have been done with Nico.

And with Ex-Aid coming to an early conclusion, we ask about the ideal length of a Kamen Rider series in Listener Feedback.
